John David Kirkpatrick, age 54, entered into eternal rest with Jesus 7-6-08. John was a resident of Clifton Park and employed by the Shenendahowa School District.
He was the devoted son of Richard and Olga Kirkpatrick of Colonie, the precious brother of Linda and Richard Kenific of East Berne, Patricia and Fred Baye of East Greenbush, Richard (Sharon), David of Colonie, and Marietta (James) of Ballston Spa. Johnny was extremely patriotic and loved his God, flag and country. He also loved riding his Harley, restoring his red Mustang and camping and fishing on Lake George. He loved his Lord Jesus and was honored to be part of the Billy Graham Crusade and the Passion Play in Albany.
Johnny loved the simple pleasures of life, had a huge heart and never a harsh word for anyone. He had a great sense of humor, was compassionate and made everyone he knew feel special.
Johnny's untimely death has brought tremendous sadness to his family and friends, but his memory will live in our hearts forever. Johnny will be missed but we know he's in heaven and we will see him again.
