Obituary for John M. Robinson
COLONIE – John M. Robinson, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Born in Andrews, SC, he was the son of the late Eulah Tisdale.
John worked for Bi-Lo Wholesale Distributors, and later as a supervisor for CDTA.
John is survived by his wife, Donna Robinson; daughters Tina (Jose) Santiago of Cohoes, and Cheryl Robinson Egiebor of Colonie; sister Richardean McCray of SC; brothers Robert Robinson of SC and Nathaniel Tisdale of Albany; grandchildren Michael Santiago, Antonio Santiago, Jose Santiago and Cameron Egiebor; great-grandson Justin Santiago, and a host of nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his sister Vera Ward.
A funeral service will be held on Monday at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 11:00 to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
