John Robert Morris, Jr.

John R. Morris Jr., 60 of Albany, NY passed away November 8th 2017. John was born in Tupper Lake, NY, son of John R. Morris Sr. and Roberta Morris (Disotel).
John attended Long Lake Central School. Upon graduation entered the U.S. Navy where he made a career, retiring as a Chief. Returning to Albany to be near family John worked as a residential manager for The Center for Disabilities Services until his passing.
John leaves a brother Francis Morris, a sister MaryLouise Costigan(Chris), niece Teresa Costigan and nephews Sean Costigan and Ryan Morris.
Visitations will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals - Colonie Chapel, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, on Friday November 17, 2017 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A funeral service will be held Friday November 17, 2017 at 7:00 pm at the funeral home, followed by military honors.
In lieu of flowers please send donations in John's name to The Center for Disabilities Services 314 South Manning Blvd. Albany, NY 12208.
