Albany - John A. Questel, 59, of Albany, passed away peacefully after a long illness, on March 5, 2020. He was the son of the late Edouard and Laura Jean Questel.
John was a life long resident of Albany, working for Wolberg Electric for many years. John loved to fish, golf and especially playing cards with the boys.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Suzanne Pickel and Yvonne Clancy.
John is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Michele, and siblings Barbara, Edouard, Patricia, Charles (Mariluz), James (Xiujun), Paul (Carol), Thomas (Judi) & Lisa; stepchildren: Jennifer (Joe) and Scott (Chrissy), stepgrandchildren, as well as several nieces, nephews and friends.
Michele wanted to thank all of their special friends and family for their love and support over the many years of John's illness. You were ALWAYS there for us. We feel so fortunate to have you in our lives. We are truly blessed.
