SCHENECTADY- John "Butch" Rising, age 76, passed away suddenly on June 25, 2021.
Butch was the owner of John's Antiques for over 40 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Vincent and Victoria Rising and his son John Rising Jr.
Survived by his wife Diana; daughters: Tammy (Billy) LaTulip and Paula (Tony) Tisdell; son, Terry (Mel) Mesec, Jr.; sisters: Carol Rogers and Shirley Dussault. Also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Thursday, July 1, 2021 from 12 to 2 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, NY 12205. A service will follow at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be made to your local animal shelter.
