ALBANY – John "Jack" S. Palmer, 81, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2006 at The Inn at St. Peter's Hospital.
Husband of Joan C. Palmer. Father of Pamela (Bill) Standish and Christine (Stephen) Bundy. Grandfather of Quincy and Trevor Standish; Jessica and Jamison Bundy. Loving uncle to Leslie (John) VanArnam; Linda (Jeff) Schweikert. Great uncle to Mark Chiarello; Griffen and Tyler King. Jack was an Eagle Scout and a World War II Veteran. He will be buried at the Saratoga National Cemetery at a private service at the discretion of the family. The family would like to thank Hospice for all their support and Avila Residents for their concern and many kindness. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany 445 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205.
