Colonie- John M. Shagalski, 66, passed away unexpectedly at home on Thursday, December 29, 2022. John is survived by his wife Linda, his daughter Jessica and his son Michael (April). John was predeceased by his daughter, Kelsey.
John was a devoted family man, a music lover, attending concerts with his family and a dedicated dog owner. John enjoyed spending time at home with his wife and loved when the family was all together. You could always find him reading, researching, growing plants, and living by his motto "Be Prepared."
Please come celebrate his life with us on Thursday, January 5, 2023 from 3pm-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd. Watervliet, NY 12189. A final farewell will be held on Friday at 10am at the funeral home.
