John F. Stiffen, Jr.

COLONIE – John "Jack " F. Stiffen, Jr., 75, a lifelong resident of Colonie, passed away at St. Peter's Hospital on Sunday, March 20, 2022 surrounded by his loving family.
Jack was born in Colonie on January 3, 1947 a son of the late John F. and Frances (Kovaleski) Stiffen, Sr. He graduated from Colonie High School.
Jack was employed for many years at Northway Inn in Colonie, Albany Country Club, Shaker Ridge Country Club and Saati Deli in Latham. He enjoyed the outdoors, walking and being with his family.
He is survived by his siblings, Michael (Gloria) Stiffen, Edward (Cynthia) Stiffen, Patricia (John) Walter and Janice (Paul) Cantlin. He is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews and 5 great nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours will be held on Monday, March 28, 2022 from 9am to 11 am with a funeral service to immediately follow at 11 am at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens.
