John W. Aube, born Feb. 3 1952 in Albany NY, the second of three sons born to Anne M. Reardon and the late Alfred W. Aube died on March 25, 2016. In 1963 moved to Loudonville NY where he resided until 1991.
His trade was furniture repair and restoration which he did for 40 years, retiring in 2010 due to declining health.
In 1986 he met the love of his life, Audrey Lynne Hlavac and they married a year later. They brought their home in Milton, NY in 1991 and were blessed with a son, Glenn Miles a year later.
As a young man John enjoyed camping, fishing and 4 wheeling. Music was a big part of his life especially fond of blues gutair. He loved Saratoga Race course and looked forward to the summer meet each year.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by brother Alfred W. Aube Jr. He is survived by his loving wife Audrey L., his pride and joy son Glenn M., his mother Anne M of Loudonville NY, brother James (Sue) of Loudonville, nephew Todd M Aube, nieces Tami (Dan) Hanley of E Berne, Dawn (Roger) Renko of Albany and Michelle (Mike) Meyers of Latham, sister in law Carol Aube, Audreys parents Alan and Joan Hlavac of Sebastian FL, several brother and sister in laws and nieces and nephews. His life long friend Jim Stark Palm Bay FL, Kevin Braley of Scotia NY and dear friend and neighbor Aileen Thomas and family of Milton.
A celebration of John's life will take place at the convenience of the family.
