Schenectady- John "Jack" Wujciak, passed away, Saturday, January 24th 2015 at his home with his wife Janice by his side.
John is survived by his brother; Eddie (Doris) Wujciak and several nieces and nephews.
The family would also like to thank the staff of the Schenectady Hospice for the care and compassion given to Jack and his family.
