Jorge L. Reyes, Sr., 60, passed away suddenly on Monday, August 7, 2017 at his mom's.
Born on December 29, 1956 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico, a son of Paula Diaz and the late Francisco Reyes.
Survivors include his sons, Brian Dushane and Jorge L. Reyes, Jr; his daughter, Latasha Reyes; brother, Juan Reyes-Diaz; sisters, Maritza Torres, Marlyn Ellis, Paula Reyes, Lourdes Reyes, Ana Diaz and Elizabeth Reyes-Diaz. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Jorge was predeceased by his brothers, Jose Reyes and Francisco Reyes.
A funeral service will take place on Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at 11:30 a.m., from New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Interment will follow in Park View Cemetery, Schenectady. Visitation will precede the service from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m., at the funeral home.
