VOORHEESVILLE – Joseph C. Deeley, 74, passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014 at Albany Medical Center after a brief illness. Born in Waterbury, CT, he was the son of Joseph and Mary Deeley.
Joe served his country in the Air Force. He worked for Conrail for 35 years.
Joe will be missed by his wife of 48 years, Diane; children Michael Deeley of Key West, FL, Kristen Ingrao (Michael) of Greensboro, NC, and Karen McKenna (Dennis) of Delmar; siblings Bart Deeley, David Deeley and Robert Deeley; grandchildren Cameron, Tyler, Kate, Jack, Maggie, Matty J., Michael and Ryan, and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 10:00 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, 35 Adams Place, Delmar. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to Wounded Warrior Project, P.O. Box 758517, Topeka, KS 66675 in Joe's name.
