Connelly, Joseph H., "Uncle Joe" aged 80 years young passed away July 27th of
2023 in Albany NY.
Joe was a civil service employee of New York State for 20+ years. He suffered from a gun shot wound to the head at the age of 16 and has lived his full, wonderful, and eventful life in a wheelchair. Joe never let that stop him. He loved to travel. He often went on cruises and rode any and every ride at the amusement parks or fairs. He loved camping, concerts, and family events. He enjoyed casinos and cruising around everywhere in his electric wheelchair. Nothing nor anyone could stop this man.
He had many friends and acquaintances he would lovingly say. He loved to pull pranks, make people laugh and just have a great time no matter what he did. He was loved so much but we know he is in a good place now. No more chair and no more pain. Only smiles and love. We miss you Unc.

Proceeded in death by the love of his life of 32 years Cynthia Falle;

His parents Beatrice and Frank Connelly; his siblings Dorothy Pafundi, Edward Connelly, Elizabeth Klein, Arthur Connelly, Frances Connelly, Joan French, John Connelly, Carol Wood.

He is survived by sisters Irene Wood of Fla. and Laura Teasdale of GA. His very special nephew Edward (Maria) Sapienza of Latham, his niece Sandra Wood of Cohoes and numerous nieces and nephews, he loved all of them.
