Joe "Bracc" Kelley 30, Unexpectedly passed away February 5th, 2023, in a tragic car accident.
Joe was born in Albany on November 13th, 1992, to the loving parents Jenn and Owen Kelley.(PG)

Along with his parents survived is his two sisters Nina and Jeneán Kuprian and an amazing amount of friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins
Most importantly he leaves behind his Legacy Kingsten Owen James Kelley (Roxsand Larrick).
King was Joe's best friend and his whole entire world. The day his son was born was the greatest day of his life, there was nothing he loved more than being a father. They loved being outside together working on cars, riding bikes, fishing and anything else as long as they were together.

Joe was a hardworking man who loved to work on cars with his right hand man Joe Hedgeman and kicking it on the block with his friends.
He loved being around his people and he considered most as family. He was the light in the room anywhere he went.

Memorial Visitation will be held Monday, February 13th From 3pm - 5pm, immediately following Memorial Celebration of Life 5pm
at NewComer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy-Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, NY
