ALBANY –Joseph M. Futia, 50, of Albany, passed away suddenly on Thursday June 14, 2012 at St. Peters Hospital. He was born in Albany and is the beloved son of Mary Speziale Futia and the late Joseph D. Futia.
Joe was employed for many years with Local 190 in Albany. He was a hunting and fishing enthusiast.
He is the father of Joseph Futia Jr. and Brandon Futia. Joe is the brother of Frances (Fred) Clark and Frank (Deborah) Futia. Joe is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Thursday morning at 9:30 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 8 pm at the funeral home. Entombment will be in Memory Gardens.
