Joseph Porter, Jr.

August 11th, 2012, Joseph Porter, Jr., a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, cousin and uncle, spread his wings and joined many loved ones in Heaven.
He is survived by his beautiful wife of 50 years Dyllis Porter, daughters and son in-laws, Nadine and Gary Cline, Heather and Mark Ward and Nicole and Robert Yaggle. His 13 grandchildren, Hillarie, Charlotte, Joseph, Paul, Asher, Elijah, Esther and Eden Cline, Zachary, Brooke and Seth Ward and Logan and Cole Yaggle and 1 great grandchild, Joshua. He is also survived by his brother Kenneth Porter and sister Francine Falconer and many nieces and nephews.
He was a USAF Veteran who proudly served his country and lovingly supported his family having worked for Pan-American Airlines for 25 years and Messer/Air Liquide until his retirement. He taught everyone he met a wise lesson. The world is a better place for having him. We are better people for knowing him. Our loss is Heaven's gain. He will be missed. Memorial Services will be held at Valley Bible Baptist Church, 745 Mineral Springs Road Cobleskill, NY on Saturday September 1st, 2012 at 1pm.
