ALBANY – Joseph Roberts, Sr., 86 passed away on Sunday, July 15, 2012.
He is the beloved husband of Minnie Roberts; father of Josephine, Joseph, Jr. (Barbara), Alfred (Valerie) and Patricia (Jeffrey); brother of Hattie Golden and Roger Roberts, both of Albany, GA; brother-in-law to Minnie Williams of Albany, GA and Hattie Winbush of Atlanta, GA; close friend of Louis Willis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 12:00 pm at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will precede the service from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
