GUILDERLAND – Joseph Satalino, 76, passed away on Friday, September 27, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. Born in Albany, he was the son of the late Stephen and Grace Satalino.
Joe worked for the Masons Local Union # 2 before retiring in 1996 after 50 years of service. He was an avid outdoorsman, and had a special love for The Adirondacks. Joe's greatest joy in life was spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren who he lived for.
Joe is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years Virginia Satalino. He is also survived by his children; Lisa (John Weklar) Satalino and Steve (Tracy) Satalino and his grandchildren, Matthew Satalino, Casie Girvin, and Hannah Weklar. He is also survived by his brother, Richard (Ellen) Satalino and predeceased by his sister, Florence (Mike) Scott.

A celebration of life will be held for Joe at the Cyprus Shrine Center, 27 Hannay Lane, Glenmont, NY 12077 on Thursday, October 3, 2013 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
