(COHOES)- Joseph P. St. Pierre, 87, passed away at his home on Monday, July 8, 2024. Born in Cohoes, NY he was the son of the late Joseph P. and Clara M. St. Pierre (Archambeault). Joseph is predeceased by his wife of 47 years, Helen M. St. Pierre.
Born in Cohoes, NY, Joseph was a 1955 graduate of Keveny Memorial Academy, served in the Army and reserves in 1960 as an infantryman, honorably discharged in 1966. He was employed at Mohawk Paper Mills, Inc. in Cohoes until retirement.
Joseph is survived by his children Joseph St. Pierre (Sonya Pelletier, Danvers, MA), Paul St. Pierre (Suzanne, Latham), Christian St. Pierre (Lisa Donnini, E. Nassau), and Claudette St. Pierre (James Mantica, Albany). He is also survived by his grandchildren Jacklyn, Finn, Madeleine and Morgan, several nieces and nephews, and his loving companion of 10 years, Theresa Cooney.
Memorial contributions may be made in Joseph’s memory to the American Lung Association.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
