COLONIE-Joshua E. Richardson, 27, passed away on Sunday, June 18, 2017.
Josh was born in Schenectady, NY on January 18, 1990 to James Richardson and Sheila Brown. Josh was a graduate of Scotia Glenville High School, and after graduation he furthered his education in the culinary arts. Josh worked in the food service industry for the last ten years. On June 11, 2014 Josh married the love of his life, Meghan Richardson. His passion in life was music. Josh will be remembered for his love of football, fast cars, Nascar, and motorcycles. He was the vice president of Soldiers of Redemption MC, alongside his father who was president. All his life Josh was a kind, and compassionate, person. He was a loving husband, son, brother, and friend. He will be greatly missed.
Josh is predeceased by his grandmother, Rolland Seguin, and his grandfather, Rufus Edge.
He is survived by his loving wife, Meghan Richardson, his parents, Jim Richardson and Sheila Brown, his siblings, Ricky Warner, and Amber Brown, his grandmother, Justine Edge, his close friends, Tim LaPoint, and Andrew Thomsen his Papillion dog, Buju, his yellow lab, Soldier, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205, on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 from 4:00pm-7:00pm. A memorial service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at 10:00am.
