Troy - Joyce M. Letzelter, 83 passed away on Friday, March 17, 2017. Joyce was the daughter of the late Frank and Mildred Letzelter.
Joyce is survived by her brother, Donald Letzelter; sister in law: Shirley Letzelter; nephew: Joseph P. (Dianne) Letzelter, Jr.; nieces; Pamela (Al Madonna) Payette, and Cindy (Mike) Smith; great nephews: Joseph P. Letzelter III M.D. of Washington, Justin Payette, Dalton Payette, Michael Smith, and Nicolas Smith; great nieces: Heather Payette, Brianna Letzelter of Texas, Haley Smith; great great nephew: Austin Payette; and great great nieces: Gabby Marshall, Karma Lynn Peno, and Lexi Sargent. Joyce is also survived by her long-time friend, Carolyn Darmetko.
In addition to her parents, Joyce is predeceased by her brother: Joseph Letzelter and her sister, Ann M. Cook.
Visitations will be held at New Comer Funerals & Cremations, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie, on Thursday, March 23 2017 from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm. A funeral service will follow visitations at 1:00 pm. Interment will be at Our Lady Help of Christians Cemetery, Glenmont.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations may be made in Joyce's name to the Capital City Rescue Mission at: 259 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12202 or to Mater Christi School, 35 Hurst Ave, Albany, NY 12208
