Albany~
Joyce V. McIntosh, 78, of Albany, passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 16, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Albany on November 2, 1941, Joyce was the daughter of the late Leon and Fannie Tucker.
She was the devoted wife to Leslie McIntosh. They were married 62 years.
She was born and raised in Albany, where she recieved her education, and graduated from Albany High School.
She began her career at State Bank of Albany, now known as Bank of America, where she retired after 30 years of service.
She enjoyed traveling with her husband, on their annual trips to Mexico, New Orleans and Mississippi. Day trips to Boston with her daughters to visit her sister in law/dear friend Sarah Tucker, visits to see her son Leslie Jr. and his family in Harrisburg PA, and just spending quality time with all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She had a special relationship with Rayshon & Shayjuan, she always said they were more like her own children, than her grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Leslie, Joyce is survived by her children; Raymond L. McIntosh (Wanda); Diane L. Corbitt (Abdul); Leslie McIntosh Jr. (Mary) and Sharon McIntosh-Mauzon. Second Mother to Deborah and Joette Coleman.

Her grandchildren; Elon, Arquan, Rayshon, Ramon, Nettie, Shayjuan (Karashan Sr.), Shakira, Shaquel, Ruby, Tauhidah
Great-grandchildren; Jasmine, Karashan Jr., Nikayla, Keyari, Emery and Roman.
She was predeceased by her sister Beatrice, brothers Edward, David, Robert, and Richard.
Special niece; Stephanie Cummings-Carr
Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Special acknowledgments to family friends John and Della Blair, and Douglas Ivey.
Due to the current pandemic, the services will be private for the immediate family.
