ALGIERS, LA – Joyce Nantista Raymond, 68, formerly of Albany, passed away on Friday January 15, 2010 in Algiers, Louisiana. She is the daughter of Shirley J. Nantista of Schenectady and the late Dominick C. Nantista.
Joyce is the beloved companion of Raymond Lauden. She is the mother of Dawn T. Erny (Daniel), Karen T. Heath (Jerry), Rebecca T. Foster (Alan) and William Talmadge (Angela). Joyce is the sister of Joan Hallenbeck, Sandra M. Stealey, Diane Domangue and David Nantista. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be Saturday morning at 10:00 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 9am to 10am at the funeral home.
