Judith Roraback

GUILDERLAND-Judith A. Roraback, 74 of Guilderland passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at Albany Medical Center. Judy was born in Voorheesville, NY the daughter of the late Albert A. and Gladys E. (Hickey) Deschenes. She attended Guilderland High School. Judy had a great love for life, family and friends. Judy was an avid outdoors enthusiast. She enjoyed visiting the Adirondacks, camping, hiking, skiing and walking her dog Pongo. Judy admired her wildflowers and birds. She created many great memories with her friends from the O.C. Ski Club. Judy will always be remembered for her inappropriate and humorous comments and for her famous "Judyisms". She will be sadly missed by all that knew her.
Judy is survived by her loving daughters, Aline Kieper of Guilderland and Deb (Karl) Bastian of Steamboat Springs, CO; her beloved grandchildren Zach Kieper and Janelle (Bryan Gottlieb) Kieper both of Guilderland; her sister Margie Oles of Burnt Hills; her sister-in-law Nancy Deschenes of Voorheesville; loving friend Joseph Roraback of Hartwick and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Judy's family would like to thank the great doctors and nurses on Floor D4E for their exceptional care.
Services will be at the convenience of the family.
