Albany- Jutta M. Grosser died peacefully on November 23, 2022 at Teresian House Center for the Elderly in Albany, NY. She was born on November 20, 1921 in Potsdam, Germany to Dr. Curt Bejach, a leading public health physician, and Hedwig Ottow Bejach, a nurse. She and her husband, Axel Grosser, a photographer, emigrated to New York City from Berlin in 1949. Mrs. Grosser worked in medical publishing and was a vice president at Thieme. She also served as a volunteer at the New York Public Library and the International Center. After moving to the Capital District, she lived at the Coburg Village retirement community in Rexford and at Hawthorne Ridge in East Greenbush.
She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, René Grosser and Donna Noyes-Grosser of Averill Park, NY, niece Hilary Waldman and her husband Joseph O'Brien of Andover, CT, niece Beverly Waldman-Rich and her husband Harlan Rich of Providence, RI, and six grandnieces and grandnephews.
