SCOTIA – K. Roselyn (Ahl) Uzupan, 78, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital in Amsterdam, NY.
Roselyn was born on October 9, 1937 in Albany and was the daughter of the late Martin Luther and Katherine Mary (Strohauer) Ahl. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 56 years, The Rev. Daniel Uzupan. She enjoyed camping, canoeing and traveling with her family.
Roselyn is survived by her loving children, Mark D. (Sindy) Uzupan, Timothy M. (Nicole) Uzupan, and Amy L. (Jeffrey) Monaco; her cherished grandchildren, Lara H. Uzupan, Thomas K. Monaco, Stephen J. Monaco, and Amelia P. Uzupan; her great granddaughters, Ezraline E. Uzupan and Dixie Raine Uzupan; her sister, Ruth (Edward) VanAmerongen and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at St. John's Lutheran Chapel, 303 Sand Creek Road, Colonie. A calling hour will precede the service from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery.
