ALBANY_Karen Dickinson, 56, passed away on Wednesday, October 14, 2015.
She was born on January 24, 1959 daughter of the late Francis and Helen (Rozycki) Palkovic. Karen worked for the State of New York in various departments in the Capital District. She most recently worked for the Department of Labor. Karen treasured the time she spent socializing with her friends, going on vacations and caring for 2 dogs. In more recent years she was a active with the Capital District Hope Club.
Karen is survived by her loving brothers, James Palkovic, David (Deborah) Palkovic, sister, Mary Ann (Kevin) Hogan, nieces and nephews, Amy Jenkins and her son Ryan, and Steven Palkovic.
Karen is predeceased by her niece, Christina Palkovic.
Friends are invited to call on Saturday, October 17, 2015, 9:00-11:00 am at New Comer Funeral Home, Colonie, New York. Funeral services will be held, immediately following calling hours on Saturday at 11:00 am at New Comer Funeral Home. Karen will be buried with her family St. Adalbert Roman Catholic Cemetery.
