Karen M. Grant

Colonie- Karen M. Grant, 44, passed away at St. Peter's Hospital on Thursday, November 9, 2006. Born in Albany, she is the daughter of Joan D. Becker and the late James J. Becker. A homemaker most of her life she was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. Karen is predeceased by her sister Donna Becker.
Karen is survived by her husband of 20 years, Edward Grant of Colonie, her two daughters, Tanya Nicole Ramsey of Ravena and Tracey Grant of Colonie and her two grandchildren Alex O'Donnell and Arieonna Kirkpatrick. She is also survived by her three brothers, James Jr., Gary and Craig Becker, her sister Linda Becker and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial calling hours will be held on Sunday from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 7 Washington Square, Albany, NY 12205 or to the American heart Association, 440 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205 in memory of Karen M.
