DELMAR- Katherine R. Tornquist, 84, of Delmar, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, January 6, 2008 . Born Katherine Rose Ott in Brooklyn, NY, Kay was the daughter of the late Edward and Helen Ott.
Kay is survived by her beloved husband of 57 years, A. Charles Tornquist; her daughter Kim Tornquist of Delmar; her granddaughter Jaime Tornquist Bonavita and her husband Mark of Guilderland; her great grandchildren, Chole, Hayley and Aidan Bonavita; her nieces Justine Hollingsworth and Michele Frank and her nephew Michael Ott. Kay was predeceased by her son Craig Tornquist and her sister Margaret Frank.
The family will be remembering Kay in private.
