Kathleen A. Ducharme
July 24, 1944 — July 16, 2015
Schenectady- Kathleen A. Ducharme, 70, passed away July 16th, 2015 at her residence with her family by her side. Kathleen was the daughter of the late Earl and Alice Quinlivan.
Kathleen is survived by her husband of 47 years Paul E. Ducharme. She is also survived by her children: Stephanie Cappuccitti & Brian Ducharme, two grandchildren: Kristina & Matthew Cappuccitti. Kathleen is also survived by her siblings: Denise (Robert) Boehlert, Patricia (Robert) Edwards. Also to remember Kathleen are her cousins, nieces and nephews.
Kathleen was a graduate of Linton High School before attending Hudson Valley Community College where she received an Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene. She worked as a Dental Hygienist for many years. Kathleen loved to travel and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held Monday July 20th 2015 from 5:00pm-8:00pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Albany, NY 12205. A mass of Christian burial will be held Tuesday July 21st , 2015 at St. Madeline Sophie at 10:00am.
Interment will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Schenectady.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Community Hospice (The Community Hospice at 295 Valley View Boulevard, Rensselaer, NY 12144) or the Alzheimer's Association (Alzheimer's Association Northeastern New York Chapter
4 Pine West Plaza, Suite 405, Albany, New York 12205).
The family would like to thank her caregivers: Jody Denton and Kylene Martin for all their love and support given to Kathleen and her family.
