Kathleen A. Keely

Kathleen A. Keely, 73, passed away peacefully at her home on Wednesday, March 28, 2012 with her family by her side. Kathleen was born in Gloversville, New York to the late Thomas and Marcella (Breen) Brazier. She worked for Bell Atlantic for many years until her retirement. Kathleen enjoyed going to the Cape, to Maine and raising Britney Spaniels with her husband Edward. In addition to her parents, Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, Edward Keely; her brother Eugene Brazier; her sister Nancy B. Eole and her niece Karen Brazier.

Kathleen is survived by her brothers; Thomas, Paul (Joyce) and John (Joanne) Brazier; her nieces and nephews; Marcella (Jeffrey) Schoonmaker, Vicki (Bruce) Boice, Paul, Melissa, Mary E., Jennifer, Peter, Suzie, Anne, John, William, Thomas, Michelle, John and Mary Breen. She is also survived by many close friends and family.

The family would like to thank the entire staff with Albany County Hospice for all the care and compassion given to Kathleen. Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospice of Albany County, 445 New Karner Road, Albany, NY 12205 in Kathleen's memory.

Funeral services will be on Monday at 10:00 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie. Calling hours will be Sunday from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at St. Agnes Cemetery, Menands.
