ALBANY – Kathryn D. Kahler, 69, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 20, 2012 at Albany Memorial Hospital. She retired from New York State Dept. of Motor Vehicles after thirty years of service. Kathryn is the beloved mother of Crystal (Terri) Haney, Dawn (Juan) Sabatino, George (Jennifer) Kahler, Tia (Rick) Moot, Katie (Jeff) Kahler and Ty (Tammy) Kahler. Also surviving are twenty grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Kathryn was predeceased by her grandparents, Alma "Nanny" Holdridge and Carroll "Grampy" Holdridge
Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. There will be no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 260 Osborne Rd., Loudonville, NY 12211 in memory of Kathryn D. Kahler.
