ALBANY – Kathryn E. "Princess" Parker, 26, passed away suddenly from a motor vehicle accident on Friday, February 22, 2013 at Albany Medical Center.
Katie was the ultimate "girly girl." She was always dressed the best, even on her worst days. Katie always had a smile on her face. She loved the outdoors, manicures and pedicures, and a nice, cold Heineken. Katie lived life to the fullest, although it was cut short.
Katie is the mother of Za'Veyon Fantroy; daughter of Douglas and Barbara (Christensen) Parker; sister of Thomas, Douglas (Deb), Russell and Krystal Parker. She is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 9:30 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be in Our Lady of Angels, Colonie. If you have any photos of Katie you wish to share for a Memory Board, please feel free to bring them on Tuesday evening.
