Kathryn L. O'Connor

COLONIE – Kathryn L. O'Connor, 38, of Colonie, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 11, 2012 at St. Peters Hospital, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Kathi was born in Malone and has lived in the Capital Region for most of her adult life. Kathi was a gifted chef and hostess who took great pride in creating exquisite meals for her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her including her associates at RPI food services.
Kathi is the beloved wife of Kevin O'Connor. She is the proud mother of Clinton Edward Manchester, USMC, Pfc. and Jack Timothy O'Connor. Kathi is the cherished daughter of Lurinda and Wayne Johnson and little sister of Whitney Russell, Craig Russell, Scott Russell, Eric Johnson, Krista Del Gallo and Jenean Ferraro. She is also mourned by her many brothers and sisters in-law, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of Kathi's life will be held on Wednesday evening at 7:00 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home. Interment will be private. Memorial contributions may be made in Kathi's name to Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, 965 Albany-Shaker Rd., Latham, NY 12110.
