Kathryn Anne Lemon, 69, wife of the late Rodney R Lemon, passed away unexpectedly, July 1, 2021 at her home in Port Charlotte, Florida. Born August 24, 1951 in Lexington, MA She was the daughter of the late William Furdon Sr and Mildred Furdon.
Kathryn attended Guilderland High School and worked at New York Telephone, AT&T, and retired from Lucent Technologies.
She is survived by her daughters Janet Simmons, Jennifer Wescott (Bob Companion), and Jacqueline Shafer; her beloved younger siblings William (Susan) Furdon Jr, Mary Pat (Bill) Sullivan, Barbara (Garth) Childs, Margaret "Peggy" (Todd) Gifford, John (Tammie) Furdon, Grace (Donald) Reinhardt, Kathy is also survived by her grandchildren Olivia Sanger, Julianna Shafer, Zachary Simmons and Samantha Simmons and many many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Kathy is also survived by her brother-n-law Adrian (Patti) Lemon Jr and sisters-in-law Jan Marie (David) Weatherford and Sherilyn (Paul) Pifferi.
Kathy is also predeceased by one of her grandchildren Raymond Thomas Wescott.
