Keith S. Gifford

Keith S. Gifford, 84, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 9, 2023 with his loving family by his side.

He was the son of the late Edith and Raymond Gifford. Keith was a devoted husband to late Pamela Gifford. They were married for 63 years.

Keith was a graduate of Greenville Central High School. Keith was a devoted husband and father to his children, where he provided them all the love and support a family could need. He was a master craftsman and would find great joy in repairing and building projects for his family. Keith loved to garden and was a meticulous homeowner and took great pride in the upkeep of his home. He adored spending time with his little dog, Sierra. Keith was a wonderful caretaker to his beloved wife, Pamela.

He is survived by his children, Lisa (Chuck) Jones and Kimberley (the late Jack) Hemingway; grandchildren, Jennifer (Rob) O'Zavis, Keith (Craig) O'Connor, and Jack Hemingway; great-grandchildren, Wyla and Lisa O'Zavis; and nieces, a nephew, and friends.

In addition to his late wife Pamela, Keith was predeceased by his sisters June Dillon and Ruth McMahon, and brother Gale Gifford.

Visitation will take place on Thursday, September 14, 2023 from 9:00 am – 11:00 am, with a funeral service to start at 11:00am, at New Comer Funeral & Cremations, 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie NY 12205. Interment to follow at Evergreen Memorial Park, Schenectady, NY.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Keith's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
