COLONIE – Kelvin J. Bryant, 57, passed away on Tuesday, January 21, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, he was the son of David and Gertrude Bryant.

Kelvin was a resident of Colonie for 37 years. He worked for General Electric and Sabic for 36 years. In his free time, Kelvin enjoyed fishing, sports, traveling and animals.

He will be missed by his loving wife of 37 years, Michele Bryant; children Kellie Bryant of Rego Park, NY and Steven Bryant of Colonie; siblings David (Pattie) Bryant, Jr. of Rochester, Michael Bryant, Trina Bryant, Samantha Bryant and Tootie Bryant; sister-in-law Paulette Morris of Virginia Beach; brother-in-law Calvin Morris; beloved dog Macy; cats Marcus and Maya and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 am at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie. Calling hours will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 pm on Friday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Memory Gardens, Colonie.
