Kenneth C. Wasley, Jr.

ALBANY-Kenneth C. Wasley, Jr., 69 passed away on Sunday, January 5, 2014 with his sisters at his side after a courageous battle with an extended illness. Kenneth was born in Albany the son of the late Kenneth C. Wasley, Sr. and Gladys (Heins) Wasley. Kenneth deeply loved his family and he was immensely grateful for their love and support throughout his illness. He was especially proud of his son Ken, grandson Brandon, his nephew Rob and his niece Alana.
Kenneth is survived by his mother Gladys (Heins) Wasley, son Kenneth C. Wasley, III (Lea Kui); his grandson Brandon Wasley; his sisters Susan Ferson (Lance) and Cheryl Wasley (Linda Helfrich); nephew Rob Ferson and his niece Alana Ferson. He is also survived by his aunt Yvonne Hitchcock; his uncle Al Heins and by many loving cousins.
In addition to his father, Kenneth was predeceased by his brother Robert Wayne Wasley.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 PM on Wednesday, January 8, 2014 at New Comer Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie with the funeral service to immediately follow at 7 PM.
Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice of Albany or Community Hospice of Rensselaer in memory of Kenneth.
