Kenneth F. Griffin

Kenneth (Kenny) Griffin, passed away on January 1, 2009. Son of the late James and Vernell Griffin. Brother of the late Sonja Griffin-Abdalla (Kamel), Janet (Pete) Hendricks of Miramar, Fl, James A.(Angela Tryon) Griffin, of Schenectady. Uncle of the late Tashara Young, Diego Carter, Arabia Abdalla, of Schenectady, Shaunteeka Thomas, Peter, Ricky, and Rosie Hendricks of Miramar, Fl., Calvin Tryon, James and Marcus Griffin of Schenectady. Kenny is also survived by a host of aunts and uncles.

Kenny graduated from Linton High School with a special education diploma. Kenny was a long time participant in the Schenectady ARC Programs at Maple Ridge and Princetown Ridge. Kenny was most recently participating in the Center for the Disabled programs at the Schodack Day Habilitation program and was a resident of the West Sand Lake home for the disabled.

Funeral services will be held Friday, January 9, 2009 at 12pm. There will be calling hours from 10am to 12pm at New Comer- Cannon Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie.
