Kenneth G. Smith

COLONIE- Kenneth G. Smith, 47, of Colonie, passed away on Thursday January 31, 2008 at St. Peters Hospital. He was born in Nyack, NY.
Ken is a career Navy veteran that served his country with unwavering pride. His duties brought him to over a hundred countries and he crossed the world twice. He was an avid Jimmy Buffet fan, a true parrot head. Ken enjoyed golf and spending time on the Jersey shore.
He is the beloved husband of Robin Smith; father of Julian C. Bamer. Ken is cherished by the family of Kim, Madison and Vinnie DeMoor. He is also survived by three sisters, six brothers and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Funeral services will be Tuesday at 12 noon at New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home, 343 New Karner Rd. Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave). Calling hours will be Tuesday from 10 am to 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment will be in Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville.
