Kenneth Sagendorf

GUILDERLAND - Kenneth W. Sagendorf, 57, died on Sunday, January 30, 2005 at St. Peter's Hospital.
Kenneth was born on July 28, 1947 in Albany to the late Kenneth E. and Marguerita Gordon Sagendorf.
Kenneth graduated from Guilderland Central High School and attended Parson's College in Iowa.
He worked as a school bus mechanic for the East Greenbush Central School District for many years before retiring in 1994.
His hobbies included hot rods, golf and trivia. Kenneth will be remembered for his sense humor.
Kenneth is survived by his wife of 35 years, Christine E. Sagendorf; his son, Kenneth Stephen Sagendorf and his wife, Amy of Syracuse; his daughter, Jennifer A. Sagendorf (Daniel Stealey) of Guilderland; his four grandchildren, Anthony, Madison, Peyton and Brynn; his brother, Gary A. Sagendorf and his wife Roberta of Amesbury, MA; and his mother-in-law, Elizabeth Daguillo of Altamont. He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the New Comer-Cannon Family Funeral Home 343 New Karner Road, Colonie (Rt. 155-south of Central Ave.). Interment will follow at Memory's Garden.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
