Albany - Kevin T. Conroy, 59, passed away peacefully on Thursday May 16, 2024. Born in Albany NY, he was the son of the late James and Margaret (Mileski) Conroy. Kevin is also predeceased by his brother James D. Conroy.
Kevin worked at St. Peters Hospital with a very supportive and friendly staff. His helpfulness on the job earned him the nickname "The Mayor". He loved spending time with family and friends.
Kevin was a passionate sports fan. His teams were the Steelers, Yankees and Celtics. Kevin also enjoyed music and concerts.
Kevin is survived by his siblings Christine A. (Richard) Pufpaff and Terrence M. (Eileen) Conroy. He was the proud Uncle of Mark Pufpaff (Nicole) and Abigail Pufpaff, Justin Conroy, Kyle Conroy and extended family.
The family would like to thank Kyle Fuerst for being a great friend and caregiver. Also, thanks to the Neurostaff at Sitrin Health Care Center for their compassionate care.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America, 505 8th Avenue, Suite 902, New York NY, 10018.
A funeral Service will be held on Saturday , May 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie NY 12205. Internment will follow at Calvary Cemetery.
