Kevin W. French

Kevin W. French, 46, of Rensselaerville, passed away suddenly on October 12, 2021.

Born in Niskayuna, he is the son of Sharon Garver and the late James F. French.

Kevin was a lifelong resident of the Capital Region and attended South Colonie Schools. He worked as a conductor for CSX Transportation Department. Kevin loved his family. He enjoyed being outdoors in nature, camping, jet skiing, riding ATV's and taking pictures of sunsets. Kevin excelled at woodworking and photography, as well as, martial arts, drawing and was an amazing cook. He was a lifelong collector of Lego, knives, and swords.

Kevin is survived by his loving wife, Michelle, children Amanda (Matt) Schnapp, Patrick T. Ravida, stepson John D. Fine, Marina S. French, mother Sharon (Glenn) Garver, siblings, Michelle (Norm) Violette, Brian (Jessica) French, Stacy (Randy) Burckhard, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by all.

Calling hours will be held Monday, October 18, 2021, from 11:00am to 1:00pm with a service being held at 1:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd, Colonie NY 12205.
Interment immediately following at Our lady Help of Christians Cemetery in Glenmont NY
