Albany – Kevin P. O'Connor, 54, died suddenly Wednesday July 7, 2010.
Kevin was born in Albany a son of the late Alberta (Heck) and Arthur O'Connor and was a lifelong area resident. He worked for Albany County Sewer District for 20 years as a Process Manager and enjoyed fishing and animals of all kinds. His greatest joy was riding his motorcycle with his brother Chuckie. In addition to his parents, Kevin was predeceased by his sister Zana Coates.
He is survived by his siblings: Paul (Maggie) O'Connor of Pennsylvania, Arthur "Buddy" O'Connor of Seattle, WA, Joseph (Dorothy) O'Connor of Boston, Barbara (Davey) Curran of Albany, Charles (Karen) O'Connor of Albany and Charlotte O'Connor of Albany and many nieces and nephews. Kevin also leaves behind his long time bird companion "Paco".
Funeral services will be held 8:00am Tuesday from New Comer Cannon Funeral Home 343 New Karner Rd., Colonie then to The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception, Albany where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00am.
