Kevin T. "Kitchen" Kane

Kevin Kitchen-Kane departed this life suddenly on Tuesday, April 5, 2016. He was born in West Palm Beach, Florida on September 12,1985.
Kevin was the cherished son of Janet Kitchen and a life long member of Wilborn Temple First Church of God and Christ in Albany, NY., of which his deceased grandfather, Artis Kitchen, Sr., was a prominent member.
Kevin was a bright, kind and well-loved young man, with a very gentle spirit. A life long Albany resident, Kevin graduated in 2003 from Christian Brothers Academy, attended Schenectady Community College, and worked for the New York State Department of Labor where he was highly thought of and regarded. He was deeply loved by his family, whose unconditional love and support was abundant and never ending.
He is survived by his adoring mother, Janet Kitchen, grandmother and family matriarch Mrs. Ada Mae Kitchen, aunt Francina Kitchen Hill (Herm), uncles Artis A. Kitchen, Jr. of Charlotte, North Carolina, Kelvin L. Kitchen who was a father figure to Kevin, uncle Darien A. Kitchen, uncle-in-law, Stephen Mungenast, cousins Sherelle Kitchen and Zackery Kitchen, and a host of relatives and friends who cared deeply about him.
He was pre-deceased by his aunt E. Yvette Kitchen Mungenast.
Services will be held on Monday April 11, 2016 at Wilborn Temple First Church of God and Christ, 121 Jay Street, Albany, NY. Viewing hours will be 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. with service immediately following and Interment at Memory Gardens, 983 Watervliet Shaker Road, Albany, NY.
