Albany - Kim M. Horan passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 3, 2020 at Albany Medical Center surrounded by family.
Born October 28, 1956 in Albany, she was the daughter of the late Dolores Carmello Horan and Richard E. Horan. She is a devoted Aunt and Friend.
Kim started working for the State of New York straight out of High School ending her 37-year career in the State Comptroller's Office as a Legal Secretary. Kim's many enjoyments were Bingo, traveling to Las Vegas, and spending time with her family.
Kim is survived by her brothers Michael J. Horan (Janine), Stephen V. Horan, and sister, Debbie Ritchey (Hank). She is an amazing Aunt to her many nieces and nephews, Michelle E. Clifton, Cameron D. Horan, Brendan R. Horan, Sierra E. Horan, Michael A. Horan and Shane R. Horan, and she is extremely proud of her great nieces and nephew, Gavin Clifton, Emma Clifton and Madelyn Holdburg. Last but most definitely not least, her dear friend Jim Severino for whom she treasured.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2020 from 4:00-6:00 p.m., with a service at 6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Road, Colonie, New York.
Gathering size, within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements. Masks are required, and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
