Kimberly A. Alston

April 20, 1964 — October 31, 2018

Latham- Kimberly A. Alston, 54, was called home to be with The Lord on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Kimberly was the daughter of Beatrice and Herbert Alston.

Kimberly was extremely smart and received her Bachelor of Science Degree for Siena College and her Masters of Science from SUNY Albany. She worked for the NYS Dept. of Health as an Information Technology II, specializing in security and privacy.

In addition to her parents, Kim is survived by her brother, Todd Alston (Sandy), as well as her nephew, Chante Alston (Yasmin), niece, Ajanee Alston and friend Kermit Smith. She is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends from all around the world.

Kim is predeceased by her brother, Juan A. Alston.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to Bethany Batpist Church Building Fund, 59-65 2nd Street, Albany, New York 12210.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, November 9th from 10am-12pm at Macedonia Baptist Church, 26 Wilson Ave, Albany, NY 12205. A funeral service will begin at 12:00pm with interment following at Evergreen Memorial Park, Schenectady.
