COLONIE-Kristen M. Schremmer, 38, passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2022.
Kristen was born on May 15, 1983, daughter of Ambrose and Ann Schremmer.
Kristen was a graduate of Notre Dame and Bishop Gibbons High school, and attended SUNY Albany where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Business and Psychology. She worked for many years as a commercial property manager until she left work to become a stay at home mom to her late sister Tricia Morrissey's children. She was a shining light in the lives of her friends and family and will be forever missed.
Kristen was predeceased by her beloved sister Tricia Morrissey in 2014.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Aidan John and Tyler James Morrissey; her parents, Ann and Ambrose "Nick" and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022 from 4-7pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 343 New Karner Rd., Albany, NY 12205.
