Kurt M. Levanites

ALBANY- Kurt M. Levanites, age 38, passed away at his residence on April 27, 2021.

He was born in Albany, the son of the late Peter J. Levanites Sr. and Kathy Hughes.

Kurt is survived by his two children: Justin Levanites and Jasmine Levanites; the mother of his children, Christa Levanites; brothers: Pete Levanites and Brian Pahler; and a sister: Erica Shea.

"Kurt the Flirt," loved to be the center of attention and was quite the jokester. He loved the Miami Dolphins and NY Yankees. He worked hard and played even harder.

Some of his favorite things were (the color blue), 90's Hip Hop, white Tees, his Budweiser and white Ups. No matter what, he had a big heart and most of all he loved his children.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 4 to 7 p.m. at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Road, Watervliet, NY 12189. A service will follow at 7 p.m.

Gathering size, within our chapels will be based on the most current NYS occupancy requirements. Masks are required and social distancing is to be observed inside and outside of our chapels.
