Lawrence Cush

Lawrence Cush, 76, was born in Brooklyn, NY and passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022. Lawrence was the son of the late Edward Cush and Agnes Murphy. Lawrence was the husband to Veronica Donahue Cush.

Larry was a member of Local 197 Stone Derrickmen in New York City. Larry enjoyed trips to Atlantic City. Most of all, Larry loved spending time with his grandchildren and his great granddaughter.

Larry is survived by his children, Anthony Cush and his wife, Michele Rende Cush and Janice Cush; his grandchildren, John Estades, Lawrence Estades, Alyssa Estades, Madison Cush, Joseph Estades and Zoe Cush; his great granddaughter, Naomi Vohnoutka; his sisters, Arlene Asten and Mary Columbo; and many loving relatives and friends.

Larry is predeceased by his brother, Edward Cush, Robert Cush and his sister, Virginia Matos.

Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 181 Troy Schenectady Rd., Watervliet, on Saturday, September 10, 2022 from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home at 5:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
